This article from the Guardian is short, to the point and well worth a read.

In a nutshell it says that having sugary drinks leads to you wanting more high calorie and sugar-laden food.

Drinking just two of these drinks a day can quickly and dramatically change your preferences and cravings.

So, if you’re trying to eat better, quit the fizzy pop first and you might find it easier to say no to the other stuff.

There’s still not enough information on what goes into highly processed food and drinks, and in what ways the ingredients can affect us.

That’s why “Avoid Processed” is one of the 8 hiSbe Everyday Choices, and why we’ll continue to bring you the latest info on processed food in these blogs.

Good stuff ladies. Never touch the filth anyway. Pear and Ginger organic juice from Infinity – that’s my tipple of choice!
