Many people including fans and colleagues of American actor and producer, Ray Liotta is shattered by his sudden death since he was not reported ill before he was reported dead on Thursday, May 26, 2022. He died at the age of 67 leaving behind his beautiful daughter.

He was said t have died in his sleep in the Dominican Republic while shooting a new film project entitled Dangerous Waters.

Ray was born on December 18, 1954, in Newark, New Jersey, United States. He was adopted when he was six months old after his biological parents abandoned him at an orphanage. He was adopted by Mary and auto-parts store owner Alfred Liotta. He has a sister, Linda who was also adopted by his parents.

In 1990, he took on the lead role of Henry Hill in the rise-and-fall gangster epic Goodfellas, playing a crook who falls in with the Italian-American mafia.

Though he was known as a film actor, Liotta also worked in TV, appearing opposite Taron Egerton in the Apple TV+ series Black Bird, and had roles in Prime Video’s Hanna and in the NBC drama Shades of Blue.
