Magda Linette plays tennis professionally internationally for Poland. She reached her greatest tennis ranking of No. 33 on February 17, 2020.

At the Internationaux de Strasbourg, where she made her debut on the WTA Tour, Linette won her maiden match at this level in May 2013.

At the 2014 Ningbo International Open and the 2019 Bronx Open, respectively, Linette won her maiden WTA 125 championship and her first WTA Tour crown.

All Grand Slam competitions have seen Linette get to the third round; the French Open has been her most successful in terms of winning percentage.

Who is Magda Linette’s mother Beata Linette?

Linette was born on February 12, 1992, in Poznan to Beata and Tomasz. Beata, her mother, is a teacher. Without a question, Linette’s parents are extremely proud of her accomplishments, and they will continue to encourage her to set higher goals.

She made her professional debut in the Grand Slam tournament qualifying stages in May 2011.

Some of Linette’s best wins of the year came from victories over Eleni Daniilidou in Limoges, Monica Puig, and Karolna Plkova in October and November 2012.

She then defeated Kristna Plková and Julia Cohen, the runners-up from 2013 to get to the quarterfinals, when she controversially forced Ons Jabeur to resign.
