Alan Massengale family, wife and children

Alan Massengale was a well-known American broadcaster who was a former ESPN anchor and a broadcasting legend. Alan died on March 13th, 2022 at the age of 63.

Alan Massengale is also the first anchor of CBSLA’s Sports Central and worked with ESPN and Fox Sports as an anchor.

Alan Massengale died after battling con cancer for a while now. He was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2016, he had been on treatment. Alan was recently placed on life support after he slipped and caused bleeding in the brain.

After he was diagnosed and began treatment, Alan spent the rest of his life on earth creating awareness regarding colonoscopies and doing them before it is late as they will help detect colon cancer in the early stages.
