John Earl Madden was a football coach and sportscaster in the United States.

Although John Madden rose to prominence NFL (National Football League) commentator and broadcaster on Columbia Broadcasting System, Fox, and ABC American Broadcasting Companies.

However, he began his career as a coach for the AFL (American Football League and later joined the NFL Oakland Raiders.

Madden was a well-liked Raiders coach for ten years, winning the Super Bowl in 1977. He was the NFL’s youngest Super Bowl champion.

Madden used his popularity to his advantage, starring in a number of ads throughout the years. He was also well-known for his legendary vehicle, which he utilised when he refused to fly in 1979.
