Greg Mactintosh Robinson was an American fotball coach and player.

Robinson attended and played at Bakersfield College, a junior college, before moving to the University of the Pacific after graduating from Garces Memorial High School in Bakersfield, California.

Robinson served as an assistant coach at North Carolina State University, Cal State Fullerton, UCLA, and his alma school, the University of the Pacific, in addition to positions at the University of Texas and Syracuse University.

Robinson’s last coaching job was during the 2014-15 season when he worked as a defensive coordinator for San Jose State.

Greg unfortunately passed away in January 2022 at the age of 70 due to a form of Alzheimer’s diesease as reported by his son Dominic.
