Bint Shamma Suhail Faris Al Mazrui (born 1993) is an Emirati politician who serves as the United Arab Emirates’ Minister of State for Youth Affairs.

She became the world’s youngest minister of government in February 2016.

Shamma is the daughter of businessman Suhail Faris Ghanim Ateish Al Mazrui, who served on the board of directors of Dubai Investments for more than 20 years.
