Richard John Foord is a British Liberal Democrat politician serving as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tiverton and Honiton since 2022.

He won the seat in the 2022 Tiverton and Honiton by-election held on 23 June 2022, following the resignation of the previous Conservative MP Neil Parish.
