Devon Allen is an American track and field athlete. He was born on December 12, 1994, in Phoenix, Arizona, the United States. Allen played wide receiver for the University of Oregon football team from 2014 to 2016.  Allen is a three-time national champion in the 110-meter hurdles. He won in 2014, 2016, and 2018. Allen reached the finals in both the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
