German star, Dirk Nowitzki retired at the age of 43 after a stellar career in the NBA and left with a championship ring in 2011.

Nowitzki is currently married to Jessica Olsson, the sister of Martin and Marcus Olsson, the Swedish twin footballers. After dating for two years, the pair married in 2012. 

They have three children namely Malaika Nowitzki, born in July 2013, and two sons, Max Nowitzki, born in March 2015 and the other in November 2016.
