Byung Jin Pak is a Korean-American lawyer and politician who served as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia from 2017 to 2021.
Pak formerly served as a Republican in the Georgia House of Representatives from 2011 until 2017. Byung was the District Attorney for Georgia’s Northern District. Under President Donald Trump’s orders, he was replaced by Bobby Christine, District Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia.
