After a fight with an off-duty police officer at a party in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Leandro Lo was shot in the head and passed away en route to the hospital.
The police officer Henrique Otávio Oliveira Velozo, who was recognized as the shooter, was placed under preventive detention at the request of a city police officer.
They had a heated argument which generated a fight and subsequently caused the officer to commit the heinous crime.
According to reports, the officer is currently on the run from the law.
