The fashion and photography industry has lost a prolific and prominent creative icon to death.

The renowned French-born fashion and portrait photographer, Patrick Demarchelier, has passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at age 78.

He died on the island of St Barts. The news of his death was made known to the public after it was posted on the official Instagram page of Patrick Demarchelier.
