Russell “Rusty” Bowers is an American politician. He is a Republican member of, and speaker of, the Arizona House of Representatives, representing District 25 since January 5, 2015. Before that, he was a member of the Arizona Senate from 1997–2001, and the Arizona House of Representatives from 1993–1997.
