Susana as previously stated died at the age of 74 on Saturday, July 2, 2022. She is said to have passed away battling pancreatic cancer –  cancer that forms in the cells of the pancreas.

She is the mother of Mexican pop diva Paulina Rubio. She was a divorcee who was married to the late Enrique Rubio. Together they had two children – a girl and a boy who has been identified as  Paulina Rubio and Enrique Rubio respectively.
