One of Australia’s greatest boxers, Johnny Famechon, has died, aged 77. He was born to his parents in France and emigrated with his family to Australia at the age of five. He was the 2003 Inductee for the Australian National Boxing Hall of Fame Moderns category and was the 3rd to be elevated to Legend status in 2012.
