Fair, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Acting Commissioner Janet Woodcock, and USPIS Inspector in Charge Rafael Nuez announced that a jury found Elizabeth A.Holmes guilty of one count of conspiracy and three counts of wire fraud in connection with a multimillion-dollar scheme to defraud investors in Theranos, Inc.
