Anita Faye Hill is an American novelist, educator, and attorney.
She has academic appointments at Brandeis University’s Heller School for Social Policy and Management and teaches social policy, law, and women’s studies.

She joined Clarence Thomas’ legal team in 1981 when he was the Assistant Secretary of the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education.
Hill served as Thomas’ assistant from 1982 to 1983 when he was elected chairman of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
