According to Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Erick Estrada, the number of victims confirmed murdered in a school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, has grown to 20.

According to CNN, the dead include 18 children between the ages of 7 and 9, as well as two adults. The shooter has also passed away.

Below are names of some of the families and individuals who died in the shooting.

Pomeroy, Annabelle

Annabelle, popularly known as Belle, adored her father’s church and would demand to sit in the front row even when her parents weren’t present.

Braden, Keith Allen

Braden, 62, was the type of man who would sit and play with his nieces and nephews for hours, according to relatives.

Shani and Robert Corrigan

A candlelight memorial for the Corrigans was conducted Monday by family and friends.

According to NBC station WDIV, the couple graduated from Harrison High School, which is located just outside of Detroit.

According to Renee Haley, director of Veterans’ Services in Clare County, Michigan, the Corrigans were a military family, with Robert, 51, having retired from the Air Force. Shani, his wife, was also 51 years old.

The Holcombe clan

Joe Holcombe had to say goodbye to his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Eight members of his extended family, as well as an unborn kid, were slain in all.

When the gunfire went out, Holcombe said his son, associate pastor Bryan Holcombe, 60, was walking forward to lead the group in prayer.

Bryan and his 58-year-old wife, Karla, were both slain.

Marc Daniel “Danny” Holcombe, 36, and his young daughter, Noah, who was barely a year old, were also killed.

Bryan and Karla’s second adult son, John, was grazed by shrapnel but survived. Crystal, his pregnant wife, did not.

Crystal gave birth to five children. Megan, 9, Emily, 11, and Greg, 13, were slain, while two others escaped.

Sara and Dennis Johnson

Dennis and Sara Johnson were hailed by friends and family as a lovely couple who had been loyal members of the First Baptist congregation for more than a decade.

Haley Krueger

According to a family acquaintance, Haley, 16, adored infants and aspired to work as a nurse in a neonatal intensive care unit.

Karen and Robert Marshall

When Robert “Scott” Marshall and his wife, Karen, stepped into First Baptist on Sunday, they were supposedly first-time visitors looking for a new home church.
