Raffaele Ganci was the head of the clan of the Palermo neighborhood of La Noce and a loyalist of Savatore Riina who died in Milan on 3 June 2022.
Ganci was involved in the decision to assassinate Antimafia judges Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino, and he and his sons were present during the bombings.
