One of the greatest voices behind Hollywood movies and screen legends, Estelle Harris has passed away. Her son Glen Harris confirmed her passing in a press statement on Saturday.

Harris, who is known for playing any roles and voicing for numerous movies, dies on March 2, 2022, just two days to her 94th birthday.

There was no foul play in her death, despite having a record of health issues before her passing.

“It is with the greatest remorse and sadness to announce that Estelle Harris has passed on this evening at 6:25pm,” her son Glen Harris confirmed her death in a press statement.

“Her kindness, passion, sensitivity, humor, empathy and love were practically unrivaled, and she will be terribly missed by all those who knew her,” Glen, who reportedly held her as she drew her final breath, added.

Estelle Harris health: What disease did Estelle Harris have?

Before her death, Estelle Harris had won a battle against cancer.

In October 2013, while leaving the Hollywood premiere of her movie, CBGB, at the ArcLight Cinemas, the actress explained to TMZ that the bandage on her nose is, thankfully, the only physical reminder of her recent cancer scare.

Even though it is unclear exactly what type of cancer the actress was suffering from, she happily confirmed to TMZ the good news that doctors ‘got it all out’.

When asked about the bandage on her nose, she disclosed: “No, I didn’t have a nose job.”

Estelle Harris would live a decade more after beating cancer.
