Richard Charles Blum was an American investor and the husband of Senator Dianne Feinstein of the United States.
He was the chairman and president of Blum Capital, a business that manages equity investments.

He was the chairman and leader of the nonpolitical American Himalayan Foundation (AHF), which gave millions of dollars to develop clinics and schools in Tibet and Nepal but shunned political involvement in the Chinese control of Tibet.

An alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley.  He was married to Dianne Feinstein who happens to be a senator since 1992.
