Morris Jackson, also known as “Mo” Brooks Jr., is an American lawyer and politician who now serves in the U.S. He was born on April 29, 1954, in Charleston, South Carolina, and relocated to Huntsville, Alabama, in 1963.
Brooks began his legal career as an assistant district attorney in Tuscaloosa County. He left that position in 1980 to work as a legal clerk for presiding circuit court Judge John David Snodgrass in Huntsville.
