Can Madison Cawthorn walk or stand?

Unfortunately, the U.S. representative for North Carolina is in a wheelchair. He has some limited use of his legs.

However, he has since been pictured standing – notably at his wedding to Cristina Bayardelle on April 3, 2021.

His situation comes after he was involved in a car accident in 2014 when he was a teenager.

Madison was riding as a passenger in a BMW X3 SUV his friend when his friend Bradley Ledford was deriving. He was said to have fallen asleep at the wheel causing their accident.

The car crashed into a concrete barrier while Cawthorn’s feet were on the dashboard and that got him partially paralyzed.
